Here we discuss our individual patients problems through series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those patients clinical problem with collective current best evident based input.  Date of admission: 27/06/22  CHIEF COMPLAINT:  A 38 year old female came to opd with the chief complaints of  Fever associated with chills since 2 months  Difficulty during deglutition for 3 days  HISTORY   OF PRESENT ILLNESS:  Patient was apparently asymptomatic 2 months back , then she developed fever associated with chills for which she went to a local hospital and it was relieved on medication ( temperature rise was usually in the evenings around 4pm).
